Imperio Properties seeks to employ a Graphic Designer for full time employment to join their team in Limassol.
The successful candidate will design and maintain key print materials, including marketing brochures, banners, roll-ups, document templates, PowerPoint decks, and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creatively manage a wide range of design projects
- Create content for digital and conventional marketing campaigns of Imperio, including social media and website posting
- Discuss creative work with different team members and ensure design consistency across all Imperio external communication products
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop digital and non-digital marketing material such as web banners, landing pages, video clips and campaigns in line with the company’s policy
- Work closely with Imperio staff to deliver final designs to deadlines
- Coordinate with external suppliers for timely delivery of high-quality materials whilst ensuring cost effectiveness
- Manage website updates and prepare weekly newsletters
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication or any other related field
- 2-4 years’ of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in Greek and English (both spoken and written)
- Possess extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Understand design and production processes
- Have a natural eye for typography, colour, layout, photography and branding
- Meet strict deadlines and work under pressure
- Have a strong work ethics
GOOD TO HAVE COMPETENCIES
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of responsive web design
- A good understanding of WordPress back end development to execute ongoing updates to Imperio’s current website
