Requirements:
- knowledge of Illustrator, Sketch, Photoshop, Adobe Animate, Tumult Hype and Google Web Designer
- knowledge/understanding of HTML and CSS
- proven understanding of typography, layout, color and grid structures
- experience in user-centered design process, specifically related to accessibility and Web standards
- in-depth digital design capabilities
- ability to iterate and sketch out ideas quickly
- high attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- creation and delivery of a range of cross-platform digital work (responsive sites and emails to web banners, mobile/tablet apps and microsites)
- designing sample page layouts including text size and colors
- designing graphics, animations and manipulating digital photographs
- designing the website’s visual imagery and ensuring it’s in line with company branding policy or the requirements of the client
- working with other web specialists including web developers and graphic designers
- staying up to date with emerging digital trends and culture
- collaborating across the agency to drive up standards of digital creativity
